Where can I visit the Room to Inspire shop?
Yes, we are also a real-world shop! We would be delighted if you to popped in to see us at Charter House, Sandford Street, Lichfield WS13 6QA. Our opening hours are Monday - Saturday, 9:45 AM - 5:00 PM.

I’ve seen a product in your shop, but I can’t find it on the website. Can I still place an order for it?
Not all of the products that we stock in the shop are available online. If you have seen an item in store that you’d like us to send to you, please email or call us to discuss payment and delivery options.
What happens if I receive a defective, damaged, or otherwise unsatisfactory product?
We will always replace faulty items or goods damaged in transit as long as stock allows, otherwise you will be entitled to a refund. Please refer to our Customer Service page for further details.
What happens if I change my mind about my purchase?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us in writing or via email. Cancellations received prior to shipping will be refunded. Goods already shipped must be returned to us in original packaging, unused and undamaged for a refund. Please refer to our Customer Service page for further details.
How long does delivery take? Can you guarantee my order will be delivered by a certain date?
At standard delivery rates, orders will be shipped the next working day, and generally delivered within 3 - 5 days. We advise placing orders a minimum of 1 week before they are required, but will do everything we can to accommodate a tight schedule.
We can offer a faster delivery, or even an overnight courier, but these methods will incur further cost, and will be calculated on the basis of the products ordered. Please contact us directly for more information.
